​Welcome to ten years of exploration and discovery.

We learn, choose and grow by seeing, hearing and experience. Truth is felt, not reasoned. It's a meandering path with many lessons, realizations, and revelations. 

Included here are explorations in seeing what is not easily seen. To explore light, shadow, form and arrangement. To see what feelings are excavated. The feelings may be strong or subtle. Let them be as they present themselves.

Words spoken follow visions in their attempt to hear what one feels. Though it is not always easy, we craft the words to discover and express those feelings.

Narrative groups the words into complex experience that yet again attempts to add depth to the surfacing emotions.

To simply see – not interpreting,
not associating with your fantasies,
not as a projection of the ego.
To see all and know that it is right.
 
To feel the words – not your emotions,
not the biochemical response,
not the association of that response
to your memories.
To feel your Essence
and know that it is good.

To act freely, to experience – from the moment,
from the conditions at this time,
without attachment, without expectation,
without reward, without praise, without premeditation.
To act simply in the aid and love of others,
without judgement.


Meaning is not an object you can place on the table. It is simply the significance we place on our existence. To have meaning implies that something has value. 
The meaning in our life comes from our intention. Our intention comes from our Essence, our core of what is of value to us. When we drill down to the basic values of life, we always find the intangibles: love, self worth, peace, communion, and connection. 
You cannot show someone else these valuables. Yet you can tell others the stories of your experience of them, the meaning they have to your life. You tell how they make you feel, how they change your life. They are stories of your heart and your soul.
